Emotions are important messages from our own vast subconscious Self to our limited conscious awareness. Emotion Yoga teaches a unique approach to attending to the message of each emotion, in combination with movement, meditation, journaling, or chanting. E-motions contain the information and energy that can put us in motion in our lives.
